BPD Skills & Support Program

October Wellness is proud to introduce a new group program designed to support individuals living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), as well as their loved ones—whether partners, parents, or adult children.

This 6-week psychoeducational and skills-based group offers a safe, inclusive, and structured environment to better understand BPD, develop tools for emotional regulation, improve communication, and foster more stable relationships.

Led by Laurence Roy, a licensed psychoeducator with extensive experience in mental health and behavioral challenges, this group draws on evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), and psychoeducation.
