Occupational therapy (OT) in mental health is a client-centered, evidence-based approach that supports individuals in regaining autonomy, balance, and well-being in their daily lives. It focuses on helping people re-engage in meaningful activities—whether at work, at home, or in the community—despite the challenges they may face due to anxiety, burnout, depression, ADHD, or other mental health conditions.
We are excited to welcome Lena, a bilingual Occupational Therapist and a member of the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ), to our multidisciplinary team.
Lena is passionate about mental health and holistic well-being. She brings diverse experience working with geriatric, adult, and pediatric clients during her academic and professional journey. She currently supports individuals on medical leave or transitioning back to work in a private clinical setting.
During her academic training, Lena specialized in mental health and return-to-work support, deepening her expertise in tools and strategies relevant to private practice. Her approach integrates creativity, empathy, and practical interventions that empower clients to regain autonomy and reconnect with what matters most to them.
Lena is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and culturally sensitive space for her clients. Driven by curiosity and ongoing professional development, she continuously refines her methods to meet each person’s unique needs with care, professionalism, and compassion.
